What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in partial refund up to 50% of total payment.
- Please make sure that you keep the original plastic bag with Yogipace LOGO and seal the bag.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to ship back your items to the Yogipace warehouse. For orders within the U.S (Continental United States Only), returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse address. For orders outside the U.S., returns should be directed to our Chinese return address.
- Yogipace is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you leave the wrong address, please contact us immediately to change the address before we ship your order. If not, Yogipace is not responsible for wrong address offered by customer.
- All shipping fee are non-refundable, except the order are over $50.
- Once your return is received in the warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for your account to be credited.
- If you want to return the item, please contact support@yogipace.com to get the return label. ( We won't accept the return without return label )
